What should I carry or wear for the ice bath?

Wear comfortable workout clothes for the session, and bring swimwear or dry-fit clothes for the cold plunge. Carry a towel, a change of clothes for after, and a water bottle.

Event will be hosted at Uru, Whitefield (earlier known as Kaavu).

Cold Plunge Safety

Cold plunge therapy isn't for everyone.

Consult your doctor before starting if you have heart conditions, high blood pressure, pregnancy, epilepsy, or Raynaud's disease.

Never plunge alone if you have any medical conditions, and always exit the water if you experience uncontrollable shivering, confusion, or numbness.

What is the group size?

Up to 50 people. We will carry enough tubs for everyone to get enough time for plunges. No walk-ins are allowed.

How much time in ice bath?

Approx. 20 minutes.

Beginners Protocol.

2 mins IN and 2 mins OUT.
Note: You are welcome to plunge again at the end when tubs are free.

Will there be any workout prior?

We will not carry out any prior workout. We are solely focused on recovery.

Jayesh, founder of Siachen Tubs, is on a mission to make cold plunging simple, accessible, and part of everyday life in India. After 18 years in the corporate world, he stepped away to build something focused on health, recovery, and real-life application.
