We want you to be happy with your Siachen Tub. If something’s not right, here’s how returns work.

Can I return my tub?

Yes. You can return your ice bathtub within 30 days of delivery.

We accept returns on:

• Cold plunge tubs (StrongPod Standard and StrongPod XL)

• Accessories (if unused and sealed)

Is there a restocking fee?

Yes. Once your order is shipped or fulfilled, a 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
This covers the cost of pickup, inspection, cleaning, and repacking the tub.

Who pays for return shipping?

You do. Return shipping must be arranged by you and paid for directly.

To avoid damage, please return in its original packaging. If that’s not available, pack it securely so it reaches us safely.

How do I return my tub?

It’s simple:

1. Email us at support@siachentubs.com to request a return.

2. We’ll give you a Return ID and return instructions.

3. Pack the tub carefully and write the Return ID clearly on the box.

4. Ship it to the address we share with you.

5. Once we get it, we’ll inspect the tub and process your refund in 7–10 business days.

How will I get my money back?

Your refund will go to the same payment method or bank transfer. We’ll email you once it’s processed.

 What can’t be returned?

• Tubs not in original or safe condition

• Products returned without Return ID
