Refund & Cancellation Policy – Ice Bath Meetups

We understand that plans can change. At the same time, our ice bath meetups require advance planning, venue coordination, and preparation.

• 5+ days before the meetup: Full refund
• 2–4 days before the meetup: No refund, but one free reschedule within 3 months
• Within 48 hours: No refund or reschedule
• No-shows: No refund or reschedule

You may also transfer your booking to someone else by contacting us before the meetup.

If an ice bath meetup is cancelled or postponed by us, you can choose between:

• A full refund, or
• Credit for a future meetup

Refunds are processed within 5 working days to the original payment method.
